Our high standards of customer service live beyond the implementation of your financial plan. In addition to your Blueprint Financial Planner you will be appointed a Case Manager who will coordinate all aspects of the advice process; working alongside you to ensure our service delivery is convenient, consistent and exceeds your expectations.
Where appropriate we will communicate with your accountant, solicitor or other business partner to update them on changes made to your position. This is part of the holistic service we offer and it is aimed to make your life as easy as possible.
In addition to regular phone call correspondence, we will meet with you on a regular basis to review your portfolio results against expectations and put together recommended changes to fine tune your portfolio to optimise results. If you are overseas we will conduct these meetings via video conference.
